Template
A change order template that does more than sit in a doc.
A useful change order states the original scope, the new request, the added price, the timeline impact, and exactly how the client approves.

Original scope
State what was included in the original website agreement: number of pages, revision rounds, integrations, deliverables, and launch support.
Requested change
Describe the new work in plain English. For example: add account login, product checkout, two landing pages, CMS training, or an extra redesign round.
Additional investment
Show the price in a way the client can understand. Hourly work should include estimated hours and rate. Flat fee work should include one clear total.
Revised timeline and approval
Explain how the delivery date changes and ask the client to approve before work begins. ScopeApproval packages this into a shareable approval link and receipt PDF.
