Yes. Cancel from the Billing page in your dashboard. Your access stays active until the end of your billing period. No questions asked.
Is there a free trial of paid plans?+
The Free plan is permanent — you get 1 change order per month forever. For paid plans, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If it doesn't pay for itself in the first month, get a full refund.
Can I switch plans later?+
Anytime. Upgrade or downgrade from the Billing page. Upgrades are prorated, downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Do you offer annual billing?+
Annual plans are coming soon (we'll offer 2 months free). For now, all plans are monthly.
Can multiple people use one account?+
Solo includes 1 seat. Pro includes 3 seats with shared change order history and team branding. Agency is unlimited seats with role-based permissions.
